Process:

Repair, Reinforcement and Cleaning

I repair tears and replace any missing parts such as fur or backing. Using a special non-toxic, odorless glue (which remains flexible when cured), I reinforce the entire rug or pillow for several reasons:

• To extend the life of the piece—reinforcement ensures that the entire piece is strong, not just repaired areas. Warning: Sewing and/or duct tape can damage an alpaca rug, is temporary at best, and not recommended.
• To permit thorough cleaning of the piece, a service included in my base fee

Fees

• Rugs: My base fee is $9.00 per square foot. The minimum fee for small rugs is $50.

• Toys and Pillows: Please email a photo and I will contact you with an estimate. The minimum fee for toys and pillows is $50.
